Is weBiller free?
Yes. weBiller is free while in early access: no card required, no invoice limits, and nothing reserved for a higher plan. Create an account with just an email address.
Is this only for businesses that invoice abroad?
No. If every client you have is in your own country, the border handling stays out of your way and you send an invoice like anywhere else. It’s there the first time a client turns out to be somewhere else, which is usually the week you least want to be reading VAT rules.
Which currencies can I invoice in?
Over 30 currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, SEK, and JPY. Currency is set per client and per invoice, and your dashboard and reports keep each one separate instead of adding them into a single misleading total.
Do my clients need a weBiller account?
No. You can always download the PDF and send it yourself. If your client does use weBiller and accepts your connection request, the invoice lands in their inbox inside the app, where they can mark it paid.
How does payment confirmation work?
When a client marks an invoice as paid, it shows as "Mark as paid" on both sides while it waits for you. The invoice only counts as paid once you confirm you received the money, or you can reject the report with a note. Both sides always see the same status.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. weBiller runs in any modern browser and has a mobile app: one account, the same invoices and clients everywhere.
