Is weBiller free?
Yes. weBiller is free while in early access — no card required, no invoice limits. Create an account with just an email address.
Which currencies can I invoice in?
Over 30 currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, SEK, and JPY. Each client and each invoice can have its own currency, and your dashboard and reports keep every currency separate instead of mixing them into one misleading total.
Do my clients need an weBiller account?
No. You can always download a professional PDF and send it any way you like. If your client also uses weBiller and accepts your connection request, invoices are delivered straight to their inbox in the app, where they can mark them as paid.
How does payment confirmation work?
When a client marks an invoice as paid, it shows as "Mark as paid" on both sides while it waits for you. The invoice only counts as paid once you confirm you received the money — or you can reject the report with a note. Both sides always see the same status.
