Invoice templates
Three invoice templates. No download, no spreadsheet.
A template you fill in by hand goes stale the moment you send it — no status, no reminders, no record of what was paid. These are the layouts weBiller renders, and the invoice keeps working afterwards.
Classic
Modern
Minimal
Classic
A conventional business layout with a ruled header. The safe choice when the reader is an accounts department.
Modern
Your accent color carried through the header and the totals. Reads as a studio rather than a form.
Minimal
Type and whitespace, no rules or fills. Prints cleanly and survives being photocopied.
Your logo and color
Upload once in settings; all three templates pick it up.
The client’s language
Document language is set per client and per invoice, separately from the language you use the app in.
The fields that matter
Invoice number, issue and due dates, payment terms, per-line tax, totals, your VAT number, and your bank details.
Why not a Word or Excel template
Because the file is the smallest part of the job. A template doesn’t know it was sent, doesn’t know whether it was paid, won’t number itself, won’t chase, and can’t tell you what you’re owed at the end of the quarter. Every invoice you send from one becomes a row you maintain by hand somewhere else. That’s the real cost, and it arrives about four months in.
What you get instead
The same document, generated from a record. It takes the next number automatically, carries the client’s currency and language, exports as a PDF and as UBL 2.1 XML, and moves through draft, sent, marked paid, and paid without you filing anything. Change your logo and the next invoice has it.
Starting from nothing
Create an account, enter your business details once, add a client, and the first invoice takes about a minute. Nothing to install, no card to enter, and the second one takes less.
Questions, answered
Are the templates free?
Yes — all three are included, and weBiller itself is free during early access.
Can I change the layout?
You choose the template, the logo, and the accent color. The layouts themselves are fixed, which is what keeps them rendering identically in every PDF reader.
Can I download a blank template?
No, and on purpose — a blank file is exactly the thing that stops working the moment you send it. Making an account is quicker than filling one in.
