Contact
Ask us anything, or tell us what broke.
The form below lands in our inbox as an email: no ticket number, no chatbot. You don’t need an account to write to us.
Help with the app
Stuck on an invoice or a setting? Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. We’ll walk it back from there.
Bug reports
Tell us which screen you were on and what you expected to see instead. A screenshot beats three paragraphs.
Feature requests
weBiller is early and the order of work moves with what people ask for. Say what you need and why. The why is the useful half.
Your account
weBiller is free during early access, so there’s no bill to query. Anything else about your account, ask here.
Privacy and your data
Export, correction, and deletion requests reach us through this form, or at webiller1@gmail.com if you’d rather. Same inbox either way.
Faster than waiting
Most “how do I” questions are already answered in the user guide at docs.webiller.com. Worth thirty seconds before you write.
What to put in the message
The messages we answer in one reply instead of four all have one thing in common: they say where. An invoice number, a client name, the screen you were on. Add what you expected to happen and what happened instead, and roughly when if it was a one-off. We’d rather read a long message than ask four short questions.
Where your message goes
The form posts to Web3Forms, which forwards it to our inbox as an email. That’s the whole path. Nothing is stored in weBiller and nothing is attached to your account. Reply to the email and you’re still talking to whoever read the first one.
Who answers
A small team, not a support desk with tiers. That cuts both ways: the person reading your message can usually change the thing you’re writing about, and there’s nobody awake at three in the morning. Write in English, French, or Dutch. All three reach us. The French and Dutch are translated, so if a sentence anywhere on the site reads wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it.
Questions, answered
How quickly will I get an answer?
Usually within a couple of working days. If something is broken and blocking you, say so in the first line.
Is there a phone number?
No. Support is by email, which keeps a written trail of what was asked and what changed.
Where do I report a bug?
Here: choose “Bug report” in the form. Screenshots help, and so does the browser or phone you were using.
