Why it is free
Two reasons, both self-interested. A new invoicing tool has to earn trust before it can ask for a card, and the fastest way to earn it is to let people run real invoices through the thing. The other reason is arithmetic: what makes weBiller different is in-app delivery and two-sided payment confirmation, and neither works unless there are people on both ends. Free is how that gets built.
What happens when early access ends
Pricing will be published on this page before anything changes, and existing accounts will get an email rather than a surprise. Whatever the plans end up looking like, your invoices, clients, and documents stay yours and stay exportable: every invoice is a PDF and a UBL 2.1 XML file you can take with you. If a paid plan doesn’t suit you, you leave with your data.
What “early access” actually means
It means shipping quickly and being straight about it. Everything on the features page works today; some of it is younger than the rest, and you’ll occasionally find a rough edge. weBiller records payments rather than processing them, so nothing here sits between you and your money. The worst case is a fix, not a failed transaction.
Questions, answered
Do I need a credit card?
No. An email address is the whole signup.
What happens to my invoices if I stop using weBiller?
You download them. Every invoice is a PDF, and every invoice also exports as UBL 2.1 XML for your accounting software.
What is the catch?
You’re using software that’s still young, and we’d like your bug reports. That’s the trade.
