What a delivery note is
The document that travels with the goods and gets signed on arrival. It lists what was sent and how many, names the order it belongs to, and leaves room for whoever receives it to sign. That signed copy is your proof of delivery, and it is the only thing that settles a "we never got it" three months later.
Why there are no prices on it
Deliberately. The note is read by a warehouse, a courier and whoever happens to be at the door — none of whom need to know what your customer pays, and one of whom may be your customer’s own client. Prices belong on the invoice, which goes to accounts. This tool has no price column for that reason, not because it was left out.
The part that gets signed
Three ruled lines: a name, a signature, a date. Print two copies, get one signed, keep it. A note nobody signed proves nothing, and a signed one is worth more than a delivery record in your own system — it is the customer’s own hand.
What this does not do
It does not track shipments, print labels, or know what is in stock. It also cannot take a signature electronically: this is paper on purpose, because paper is what a driver can hand over.

Is it really free?

Is anything uploaded?
No. The note is built in your browser, and closing the tab is all it takes to delete it.
Is this the same as a packing slip?
Near enough. A packing slip lists what is in a box; a delivery note covers the whole delivery and is the copy that gets signed. In a small business one document does both, which is what this prints.
Does a delivery note need VAT on it?
No. It is not a tax document and carries no amounts at all. The VAT belongs on the invoice for the same goods, which should reference this note or the order.
