Preview

Sample figures, your words. This is the same renderer that produces the document a customer receives — a logo and your saved details come from an account.

Runs in your browser

Nothing you type here is uploaded, logged, or stored. The file is built on your own machine and disappears when you close the tab.

What you are looking at

The six templates weBiller ships, rendered by the same code that produces the document a client receives — not mock-ups drawn for this page. Type your business name, set an accent colour, switch the document language, and the preview redraws. The figures are sample data; everything else is yours.

How to choose one

It matters less than it feels like it does, so decide on two things. First, how many lines your invoices usually carry: Compact fits a long list on one page, Elegant and Modern breathe and will run to two. Second, whether the document sits beside a brand you already have — Minimal disappears politely next to one, Bold competes with it.

The accent colour does the work

One colour, used on the totals and the rules, is what makes an invoice look like it came from you rather than from a piece of software. Use the one from your own logo, and keep it dark enough to read on white: a pale accent on a printed invoice disappears in the fax machine of whoever pays you.

What this does not do

It shows sample data and it does not save anything. There is no logo upload here and no way to keep the choice, because there is nothing to keep it in. In an account the template, your accent colour and your logo apply to every invoice, quote and credit note you send.

Questions, answered

Do I need an account to look?

No. The gallery is a page — nothing to sign up for and nothing to install.

Is what I type sent anywhere?

No. The preview is rendered in your browser, in a sandboxed frame, and closing the tab is the end of it.

Can I use my own logo?

Not in the gallery. A logo has to be uploaded somewhere, and this page has nowhere to put it. An account does, and puts it on every document.

Can I change template later?

Yes, at any time, and it applies to documents you send from then on. Anything already sent keeps the look it had when it went out, which is the correct behaviour for a document someone has filed.
