What you get
A printable quote with both parties, your lines, VAT per line and a valid-until date. Multi-currency and the same four VAT treatments as the invoice tool, because a quote that gets accepted becomes an invoice and the numbers should not change on the way.
Why the expiry date matters
A quote without one is an open offer, and prices move. Thirty days is the default here because it is the common convention, but set whatever you can stand by — it is the line that lets you requote without an awkward conversation.
Quote, estimate, proposal
The words are used loosely, but the distinction that matters is whether the price is fixed. A quote is a firm price you are bound to if accepted; an estimate is your best guess and can move. Say which one you mean in the notes — it is the single most common source of an argument later.
What this does not do
It cannot be accepted online, and it does not turn itself into an invoice. In weBiller a client accepts a quote with a signature in the portal and it converts to an invoice with the numbers intact.

How do I get a PDF?
Press "Save as PDF" and choose "Save as PDF" in your browser’s print dialog. Only the document prints.
Can the client accept it online?
Not from this tool. A weBiller account gives each quote a portal link where the client signs, and the accepted quote becomes an invoice.
Can I turn it into an invoice?
Not here — you would retype it. That conversion, with the numbering handled, is one of the things an account is for.
